Why is MLS seen as an inferior league?
Major League Soccer (MLS) is often viewed as an inferior league, primarily due to the caliber of players. Many top-tier footballers only consider MLS as a retirement league, heading there when their peak years are behind them. Moreover, the lack of promotion and relegation system makes the league less competitive compared to its European counterparts.
